Premiere

The 24th of May saw the team celebrate two things; The premiere of the film, under it's shona (some would say original) title "BAKO"....and the 40th birthday of the writer and director, Tafadzwa Ranganai. The premiere was held at the Jasen Mphepo Little Theatre in the Eastlea area of Harare, Zimbabwe. There was a red carpet and guests from the film industry and entertainment industry at large were in full attendance. The night had been preceded by a preview screening for industry players and members of the press but this premiere was the opportunity for the general public to finally watch the movie.
